Masa Israel Journey is seeking a creative and organized Marketing & Communications Coordinator to lead our outreach to Russian-speaking audiences. This role involves managing social media, email marketing, content creation, and stakeholder coordination. You’ll ensure our messaging resonates with Russian-speaking leads, alumni, and current fellows at every stage of their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Campaigns: Manage Russian-language accounts (Instagram, Facebook, VK, Telegram, TikTok).
Develop content strategies and run paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

Email Marketing: Create and manage segmented email campaigns tailored to Russian-speaking audiences.
Track performance and optimize results.

Website & Content: Maintain and update the Russian-language section of the Masa website.
Write and translate landing pages, articles, and campaigns.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with Russian-speaking program organizers.
Co-create promotional materials and ensure accurate, updated program info.

Online Events: Plan and execute webinars and virtual fairs, including promotion, logistics, and live delivery.

PR & Influencers: Identify and manage partnerships with Russian-speaking influencers and media.
Oversee collaborations and content delivery.

Video & Storytelling: Support video content production, including scripting and interviews.
Travel to programs to capture participant stories and visuals.

Requirements:

Native-level Russian; strong English (Hebrew a plus)
1+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications
Strong writing and social media skills
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and email platforms (Marketing Cloud a plus)
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple teams
Willingness to travel within Israel for content collection
