We’re looking for a very senior DevOps / Platform Engineer.

Full-time job.

We need someone who can take ownership of a complex production environment, bring structure to it, improve reliability, and drive platform-level decisions.

The core of the role:
- deep hands-on Kubernetes experience;
- strong production background;
- CI/CD, observability, reliability, and infrastructure automation;
- experience improving and standardizing existing workloads and environments;
- and importantly: real production experience with AI agents / agentic workflows.

Not “played with agents.”
Not “built a POC.”
It means practical experience integrating agentic systems into delivery pipelines, building evaluation and validation workflows, and operating them in production.

Because the role is fully remote, we’re also looking for someone independent, pragmatic, and strong in communication - someone who can take ownership and move things forward without constant direction.

Languages: English, Russian.
