Repair of Ukrainian “Leopards” in Lithuania

The Lithuanian company Lithuania Defense Services (LDS), which was founded in 2022 with support from Germany, announced the soon return of the “Leopards” repaired in Lithuania to Ukraine, which had previously been damaged in combat.

One of these tanks is a German Leopard; the other is a Swedish Strv 122.

The company based in the city of Jonava was originally set up for technical maintenance of Lithuania’s future tanks and those of the countries in the region. However, for several years now it has been repairing Ukrainian “Leopards,” PzH 2000, and presumably other armored vehicles.
