Izden&Speak:
We Are Recruiting! 🚀
Are you passionate about the English language and community building? Izden&Speak is expanding, and we are looking for the next generation of leaders to join our mission. We are officially opening applications for our SMM Team and our Main Speakers.
What Makes Us Unique?Unlike standard speaking clubs, Izden&Speak is built on high-level academic standards. We provide our participants with structured feedback in the IELTS format (Fluency, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range, and Pronunciation). We don't just talk; we help our members strategically climb the band scale. Although we don’t guarantee the success or perfect score, our project aims to build a community that will help each other to improve their skills. (OUR MAIN SPEAKERS ARE NOT CERTIFIED IELTS EXAMINERS; Feedback is built on the personal experience and speaking abilities)
Who We Are Looking For?We are searching for passionate individuals who genuinely want to make an impact. If you are only looking for a certificate or a recommendation letter to add to your folder, this might not be the place for you. We want team members who believe in our mission: making English speaking less daunting and more enjoyable.
Available Roles1. Main Speakers (IELTS Speaking 7.5+ is preferred, but not required) 🎤 As the "voice" of our sessions, you will lead group discussions and provide a good atmosphere. Since a certain IELTS speaking score is not required, we value personal qualities and speaking experience. 🗣️
This is a profound opportunity to:
Build Your Brand: Promote yourself as a future IELTS tutor.
Gain Real Experience: Perfect your skills in assessing others using the IELTS rubric.
Have a detailed recommendation letter:
Only for active members.
2. SMM Team (Creative & Strategic) 📱 Help us tell our story! We need digital-savvy minds to manage our presence, design engaging content, and grow our community through creative social media strategy. 🌐
The Reward for Passion🔥While we seek those driven by passion, we believe in rewarding excellence. For our active and dedicated members, the Project Owner will provide a detailed, personalized recommendation letter.
This is not a template; it is a document that specifically notes your personal impact, leadership qualities, and professional contributions, making it a powerful asset for your future career or academic goals.
