Are you passionate about the English language and community building? Izden&Speak is expanding, and we are looking for the next generation of leaders to join our mission. We are officially opening applications for our SMM Team and our Main Speakers.

What Makes Us Unique?
Unlike standard speaking clubs, Izden&Speak is built on high-level academic standards. We provide our participants with structured feedback in the IELTS format (Fluency, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range, and Pronunciation). We don't just talk; we help our members strategically climb the band scale. Although we don’t guarantee the success or perfect score, our project aims to build a community that will help each other to improve their skills. (OUR MAIN SPEAKERS ARE NOT CERTIFIED IELTS EXAMINERS; Feedback is built on the personal experience and speaking abilities)

Who We Are Looking For?
We are searching for passionate individuals who genuinely want to make an impact. If you are only looking for a certificate or a recommendation letter to add to your folder, this might not be the place for you. We want team members who believe in our mission: making English speaking less daunting and more enjoyable.

Available Roles
1. Main Speakers (IELTS Speaking 7.5+ is preferred, but not required) 🎤 As the "voice" of our sessions, you will lead group discussions and provide a good atmosphere. Since a certain IELTS speaking score is not required, we value personal qualities and speaking experience. 🗣️
