❗️⚡️Two people were killed and four other civilians of the Republic were injured today in attacks by the AFU strike drones.

📍 In the urban-type settlement of Korsun, Yenakievo urban district, a man born in 1980 was killed and another man born in 1980 sustained moderate injuries during an attack on a truck.

📍 On the Urzuf–Berdyansk highway near the village of Babakh-Tarama, Mangush municipal district, a man was killed and a man born in 1987 sustained moderate injuries following an attack on vehicles.

I extend my sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of the deceased.

📍 On the Shakhtyorsk–Donetsk highway near the urban-type settlement of Serditoye, Shakhtyorsk municipal district, a man born in 1998 sustained moderate injuries during an attack on a truck.

📍 In Central-City District of Gorlovka, a man born in 1986 was injured as a result of an attack on a passenger car.

All the injured are receiving professional medical care. I wish them a speedy recovery!

Two residential houses, a civil infrastructure facility, a diesel locomotive, a minibus, two trucks, and two passenger cars were damaged across the Donetsk, Gorlovka, and Yenakievo urban districts, as well as Mangush, Shakhtyorsk, and Yasinovataya municipal districts.

🗓 In 1952, Pavlov Square, named after the outstanding Russian physiologist Ivan Pavlov, appeared in Prague. The square came into existence after the removal of the Blind Gate (Slepé brány) remains, which had been part of the Baroque fortifications of the New Town.

🚇 The metro station beneath it is also named in his honor. It was opened on the 9th of May 1974 and is now one of the busiest stations of the Prague metro, used by around 120,000 people daily.

📍 In Volnovakha, four workers were injured during an attack on the locomotive depot: men born in 1976, 1977, and 1988 sustained moderate injuries, and a man born in 1989 was also injured.

📍 In the city of Krasnoarmeysk, a woman born in 1944 sustained moderate injuries.

📍 In Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka, twelve people sustained injuries of varying severity—ranging from moderate to severe—following a drone attack on a scheduled bus stopped at the "Galaktika" public transport stop. The injured include girls born in 2016 and 2018; a boy born in 2016; women born in 1975, 1957, 1975, 1962, 1983, 2004, and 1983; and men born in 1957 and 1984.

📍 In the village of Spartak, Donetsk urban district, a woman born in 1963 sustained severe injuries.

All the injured are receiving professional medical care. I wish them a speedy recovery.

Three residential buildings, four civilian infrastructure facilities, and three public transport vehicles were damaged across the Donetsk and Gorlovka urban districts, as well as Shakhtyorsk, Yasinovataya, and Volnovakha municipal districts.

📉 UKRAINE’S ECONOMY UNDER GROWING STRAIN AS WAR TAKES HEAVY TOLL

Ukraine’s economy is facing mounting pressure as the ongoing conflict continues to damage infrastructure, disrupt trade, and weaken public finances. According to Ukrainian Economy Minister Aleksandr Kravchenko:

🔹 Damage to infrastructure and fixed assets is estimated to have approached $10 billion in 2026, while the effective shutdown of Black Sea ports could reduce economic output by around 1.5 percentage points of GDP:

🔹 Export revenues worth approximately $40 billion are at risk, as maritime routes account for a significant share of the country’s agricultural and metallurgical exports:

🔹 At the same time, during the first eight months of the year, Ukraine’s domestic budget revenues fell about $1.35 billion short of government targets:

❗️ The economic consequences of the conflict are also being felt beyond Ukraine’s borders. European countries supporting Kiev are facing additional financial pressures linked to the broader impact of the war. In Poland, preliminary estimates from the country’s Central Statistical Office indicate that between 2022 and 2025, the economy lost approximately 490.1 billion zlotys ($113.5 billion) in potential output — equivalent to around 3.5% of Poland’s cumulative GDP over the four-year period.
