Two years ago we warned of "narcopentecostalism," the link between trafficking and neo-Pentecostalism; evidence was circumstantial then, but now it's specific. How did modern Israeli rifles reach a major criminal organization, when they're uncommon among Brazilian police and nonexistent in the military?
Israel's "interest" wouldn't be unprecedented: in the 1980s, 500 weapons and 200,000 rounds were found in a Medellín Cartel warehouse, and mercenary Yair Klein always claimed Israeli authorization—confirmed when Israel secured his release in Sierra Leone. In Mexico, most non-US cartel weapons are Israeli, with estimates of 20,000–100,000—far exceeding official exports.
It is an interesting coincidence that the neo-Pentecostal criminal organization apparently armed by Israel is exactly the one that was not categorized as terrorist by the White House.
Notably, the US designated PCC and CV as terrorist groups but left out TCP—the neo-Pentecostal organization apparently armed by Israel. It could be a coincidence—but an interesting one.
