💢 Military Chronicle:

In Kiev, the metro was shut down due to strikes on power facilities. Kiev's subway usually has priority power supply and isn't completely shut down during rolling blackouts, but this time, the power supply apparently isn't even sufficient for that.

The question is how long this will last.
