💢 Finnish President Alexander Stubb urged Elon Musk to enable Starlink over areas containing Russian ballistic missile launchers, including inside Russia, so Kiev can target them, Reuters reports. Starlink currently does not operate over Russian territory.

Kiev raised the same issue with Trump at the UN General Assembly, according to Newsmax; Trump reportedly told Ukrainian officials they would need to speak with Musk. The Kyiv Independent reported on August 31, citing three sources, that Musk remains opposed to allowing Starlink for deep strikes inside Russia.
