Staff Python AI Engineer (Agents & Architecture)

🏢 Company: A global B2B enterprise automation and integration platform (iPaaS) handling mission-critical business logic for thousands of organizations worldwide.

🛠 Product: A multi-agent AI solution architect that turns ambiguous requirements or PRDs straight into production-ready enterprise workflows, running on a proprietary custom framework.

🎯 What you'll do:

- Own major components of the architect agent end-to-end—from core design to production iterations
- Act as a cross-team connector, leading technical initiatives that span multiple platform teams
- Evolve the AI evaluation framework from basic Q&A to rich, multi-step agent behavior and quality measurement
- Track the rapidly moving AI frontier (MCP, advanced tool-calling) and bring relevant approaches into production
- Write clean, testable Python code and set technical direction alongside the Tech Lead and VP of Engineering
