Our first AlliGatOr paper is out in Lancet Global Health! Congratulations to every one of you. 112 countries, 1,377 hospitals and 45,218 patients. To our knowledge this is the largest prospective global cohort study of appendicitis outcomes to date, and it is down to your hard work.
