💥: Around 3 hours ago, Kyiv was yet again targeted by 2 Oniks-M cruise missiles. Russia is continuing to develop new missile strategies as the war progresses. Hundreds of Oniks missiles have spent much of the war in storage, so the fact that Russia has found a broader use case for them is a bad sign for Ukraine. It seems that Russia is focusing on testing this missile and possibly improving its guidance against ground targets, whilst conserving its stockpile of Zircon and Iskander-M missiles.

ℹ️: During the last few hours, Odessa has once again been under heavy attack from Russian munitions. Approximately the following projectiles were utilized by Russia:

- ~8 KAB glide bombs
- ~8 Banderol cruise missiles
- Over 35 drones of various types (including jet-drones)

The munitions mainly targeted key logistical points near Mayaky and Zatoka. Port infrastructure also may have been a target of the attack.

ℹ️: According to the Ukrainian MOD, Oniks-M cruise missiles were utilized against Kyiv during last night's Russian missile attack against the city.

- The Oniks-M, which was reportedly launched from Kursk, is an upgraded version of the Oniks missile system that has an estimated range of approximately 800 kilometers.
- The missile is launched by ground-based Bastion-P launchers, which are also used by Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles.
- Ukraine has intercepted less than 5% of the 200+ Oniks cruise missiles launched by Russia during the war. This is because the missile, which was initially designed as an anti-ship weapon, reaches supersonic speeds at extremely low altitudes. Ukraine currently has extreme shortages of the advanced SAM systems that are needed to stop such weapons.
- Despite the Oniks's nearly perfect impact rate and abundance, it is barely used by Russia against ground targets because its guidance system is better configured to target ships. The missile also has a small warhead that mainly relies on kinetic energy.
- The Oniks's use in this attack may have been experimental or an attempt to further drain Ukrainian interceptors.

💥: Video: A Kalibr impact in Zaporizhzhia shook the surrounding area.

ℹ️: A Russian surveillance drone possibly of the Geran-4 variety is currently loitering over the Zatoka Bridge area. It is likely observing the results of recent massive attacks against the bridge. These attacks involved dozens of glide-bombs and Banderol cruise missiles.

ℹ️: A majority of the missiles (Approximately 22) used against Kyiv were of the S-400 variety. Very little or no patriot activity was noted. Overall, no missiles were intercepted by Ukraine during the attack. 4 Kalibrs also struck Zaporizhzhia.

✈️: MiG-31Ks landed after simulated launches. No Kinzhals were actually launched.

❗️: OTRK activity in Taganrog! Missile activity was detected! Sirens have sounded in Kyiv.

🚀: Kyiv is currently under attack by Geran-4 and Geran-5 jet-drones.

✅: Ukrainian airspace has mostly been clear of drones and missiles today.

ℹ️: Russian forces are currently conducting training exercises in several areas.

- During the last 24 hours, Tu-95Ms were moved to Olenya Airbase possibly in preparation for training exercises in the Barents Sea.
- A MiG-31K conducted a training flight approximately 4 hours ago.
- A Tu-22M3 conducted a training flight approximately 4 hours ago.
- Additionally, Belarusian military forces have begun training exercises near the Polish and Lithuanian borders. These exercises are expected to involve UAVs.

⚠️: Ukrainian media outlets continue to warn that Russia has accumulated up to 45 ballistic/Zircon missiles for a major attack on Kyiv in the coming days.
