💥: Kyiv was just attacked by approximately 6 Russian ground-launched missiles.

- Ukrainian authorities claim that they once again failed to receive information from their partners about the launch of missiles from Russia.
- Targets of the attack reportedly included the TEC-4 power plant and an unknown warehouse. Cluster munitions were also seemingly used.
- As we noted in previous posts, Russia still had up to a dozen ground-launched missiles at launch points after the last large-scale missile attack. The last 2 small attacks made use of this stockpile.

⚠️: There is a threat of additional small-scale strikes on Ukraine in the near future.
