⚡️: Following consecutive days of Russian drone and missile strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure, Kyiv has been partially without power throughout the day.

- Separate from the planned daily outage schedule that was put in place by Kyiv authorities in early October, emergency blackouts were triggered in the city today after Russian drones and missiles damaged key substations.
- Among the targeted energy facilities around Kyiv during recent days are: The 750 kV substation connecting Kyiv to the Rivne nuclear power plant, the Trypilska TPP, CHP-5, and CHP-6.
- Kyiv authorities warned civilians to be prepared for dangerous power fluctuations.
- The Poltava, Sumy, Zhytomyr, and Chernihiv regions were also affected by the attacks.
