The servers are down at the moment. The developers are already working to return everything back to normal. We’ll give an update once the issue has been resolved.

👉In this version, we have improved WebGL masking components and font masking for mobile profiles.

Also, we have fixed:
🤝WebRTC Public IP wasn’t substituted if IP changed mid-session
🤝Profile with SSH proxies didn’t work after migrating to 5.x

Multilogin does not run on 32-bit Windows anymore.

Starting from the version Multilogin 4.5.3 Fire, this includes Multilogin 5.0.1 Unity, we do not support 32-bit systems. As the majority of our users work with 64-bit systems, it’s faster and efficient to discontinue the support of the outdated 32-bit Windows.

To the users of the virtual machines, we suggest upgrading to 64-bit systems.

To those who cannot upgrade – we offer using Multilogin 4.4.4 Fire STABLE.

We just wanted to give you an update that to address recent stability issues caused by a significant increase in server load, we have taken multiple measures to improve service stability. One important step towards this is that starting from November 6th, we are temporarily disabling new trial signups. We expect that this will reduce the server load and improve service stability for our existing customers. We've got a report that issues on the data center side are fully resolved. Multilogin should operate normally now.

The issue is identified: part of our European server infrastructure is under maintenance. Investigating the problem with data center's support. Will keep posted.

Tomorrow 8 AM EET/UTC+02:00 we will deploy a fix that will attempt to fix issues with fingerprint builder that arose recently. We do not expect any instability or downtime but just in case letting you know of the maintenance.
