We just wanted to give you an update that to address recent stability issues caused by a significant increase in server load, we have taken multiple measures to improve service stability. One important step towards this is that starting from November 6th, we are temporarily disabling new trial signups. We expect that this will reduce the server load and improve service stability for our existing customers.
