New York Life's bond strategy goes onchain via Centrifuge

Centrifuge has tokenized New York Life Investment Management's actively managed U.S. high-yield corporate bond strategy on Stellar as $HYB, with the freely transferable $deHYB token serving as collateral across DeFi lending and fixed-rate markets.

The token opens institutional credit exposure to decentralized finance, allowing the bond strategy to function as a building block across multiple DeFi primitives. $deHYB holders gain access to actively managed high-yield corporate bonds previously confined to traditional finance channels.

This marks institutional-grade fixed income entering Stellar's ecosystem as a transferable, composable asset.
