Nvidia deploys AI tools across chip design and manufacturing

Nvidia launched CUDA-X AI tools targeting semiconductor design, manufacturing and factory automation. Five major industry players adopted the suite: Synopsys, Cadence, Applied Materials, Lam Research and KLA.

The company claims certain workflows reach 50x faster execution with the new tools. The rollout marks a shift toward AI-driven optimization across the chip production pipeline.
