📱 All known bugs have been fixed. We also want to clarify that KYC was implemented primarily to prevent bot farming. We have seen bot farmers using scripts to submit thousands of withdrawal requests in a single click. Withdrawal verification helps protect your rewards from being taken by bots. We are building for the long term and want to ensure that real community members, real influencers, and real users are rewarded.

1. Your face and liveness to confirm that you are a real person.
2. Your Face ID is securely tied to your account.
3. Helps prevent multiple accounts using the same Face ID.
4. Fast and simple verification — no paperwork or handwriting required.
5. Helps prevent bot farming and multiple-account verification attempts using the same face.

Simply open @mrgminerbot and go to account verification second and submit for account verification.

🔑 Note: NFT holders doesn't requird any submission their account automatically get verified.

Important: The MRG Team reserves the right to reject verification submissions if multiple accounts are detected with the same Face ID.

💳 The Verification submission itself takes approximately 10 seconds. Please make sure you use a good camera and scan your face clearly in proper lighting.

💸 Account Verification approval may take a few hours up to 3 business days, especially during weekends. Multiple accounts will not be accepted if the same Face ID is detected.

One thing we missed before launch was fully automating the withdrawal process. So for now, we will manually process withdrawals and account verification requests to make sure everything is handled properly.📱

As we stabilize the MiniApp, we’re working hard to automate and semi-automate these processes so everything becomes faster, smoother, and more reliable.🥂
