To reiterate, the September update (V1TDS35H.83-20-5-14 for everyone and V1TDS35H.83-20-5-8-2-1-3 for Brazil) bumps the ARB (Anti-RollBack) counter once more, thus if you update to it, you will not be able to downgrade to any older firmware any longer. Yes, this is similar to the first ARB situation where you could not downgrade to A13.
