Both parties must provide clear, unambiguous instructions in the middleman chat.

Staff Verification & Impersonation Protection: Always verify that you are speaking with an official Ensuring team member via our official channels, or by confirming via direct message. We are not responsible for funds lost to fake accounts, middleman impersonators, or cloned profiles.

Market Volatility & Network Fees: We are not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations or changing network gas fees during the escrow period. Dynamic fees should be discussed between buyer and seller prior to starting.

Blockchain Confirmations & Network Congestion: A deposit is only recognized as 'received' once it reaches the required network confirmations on the blockchain. @Ensuring is not responsible for delayed releases caused by network congestion or low gas/transaction fees paid by the sender.

Dispute Avoidance and Resolution: Please make sure all terms and details are clearly discussed and agreed upon before finalizing any deal. We are available to help clarify or review information, but the final decision should be made independently of any of our middlemen. Each party is accountable for the terms they agree to.
However, our middlemen reserve the right to step in if the situation becomes stressful or unnecessarily disruptive. In the event of a dispute, both parties must provide unedited video proof, screen recordings, or verifiable technical evidence when asked. @Ensuring retains sole authority to review submitted evidence and decide fund distribution.

Buyer Unresponsiveness: If the Buyer is required to pay but goes completely silent instead, we will assume they are no longer proceeding. The deal will be canceled and the chat closed to prevent further time being wasted.

Seller Unresponsiveness: If the Seller intentionally halts communication or fails to respond for an extended period to evade an issue where they are at fault, and the service remains unprovided after the timeframe is exceeded, the Buyer reserves the right to cancel the transaction. In such cases, a prompt, full refund will be issued to the Buyer upon request or if our middlemen consider it necessary.

By initiating a request for our services, all parties automatically agree and bind themselves to these terms.
