💬 Uchrashuvda sun’iy yo‘ldosh texnologiyalaridan foydalanish orqali mamlakatning telekommunikatsiya infratuzilmasini rivojlantirish, yuqori tezlikdagi internet qamrovini kengaytirish hamda muhim raqamli tizimlar barqarorligini mustahkamlash masalalari muhokama qilindi.🗺 Xususan, GEO va OneWeb LEO sun’iy yo‘ldosh yechimlarini joriy etish orqali olis aholi punktlari, maktablar va tibbiyot muassasalarini yuqori tezlikdagi internet bilan ta’minlash, shuningdek, transport va aviatsiya sohalarida ishonchli aloqa xizmatlarini rivojlantirish imkoniyatlariga alohida e’tibor qaratildi.

🛰️ Uzbekistan and Eutelsat OneWeb to Expand Cooperation in Satellite Connectivity and Digital Infrastructure
⚡️As part of ICT Week Uzbekistan 2026, Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov held a meeting with the management of Eutelsat OneWeb to discuss the development of satellite connectivity and the expansion of the country’s digital infrastructure.
🆙The meeting was also attended by Walid Fouque, Ambassador of France to Uzbekistan, and Alisher Khaitmetov, President of the French-Uzbek Chamber of Commerce (CCIFO).
💬 The discussions focused on leveraging satellite technologies to develop Uzbekistan’s telecommunications infrastructure, expand high-speed internet coverage, and strengthen the resilience of critical digital systems.
🗺 Particular attention was given to the deployment of GEO and OneWeb LEO satellite solutions to provide high-speed internet access to remote communities, schools, and healthcare facilities, as well as to develop reliable connectivity services for the transport and aviation sectors.
