Another fantastic public developer call!

Eurobuddha demoed his app suite (Parlons, PandaPools, and more), plus Minima Classic's reworked MDS hub, before unveiling Minima C++ — still in internal testing but built to unlock the chip's full potential.

Spartacusrex then walked us through big RAM improvements for Minima Core (huge for MegaMMR nodes) and teased a KeyUses fix using block number as a counter, currently in testing ahead of a public release.

The latest update from across the Minima ecosystem is now live:

• Integritas is tracking towards $10,000 MRR
• Edge Studio beta has launched on Raspberry Pi
• Phase 3 of Minima-on-Chip is confirmed
• Tape-out and physical prototypes are now being targeted
• Commercial adoption and revenue goals are taking shape

The update also covers the Web Wallet security incident and our response, business development, financing and how the community can help.

Minima’s technology is moving into practical products, deployments and recurring revenue.

This week's Public Developer Call has been cancelled as we are all too busy to join it - following yesterday's bank holiday.

There is now an overlap in a lot of our calendars, and we don't believe the content we can show you today is enough, but we are working on many exciting things in the background.

In the meantime, there's a message we'd like to pass on :

A lot of nodes seem to be going onto sidechains, this is causing our own server nodes to be oversaturated with IBD requests from these sidechained nodes.

We'd like to ask you all to start doing quicksyncs on a bi-weekly basis or so, to ensure you're on the right chain, or confer with each other to make sure your top block is correct.

If you do a quicksync, please prioritize our MegaMMR nodes (or ideally, your own) in this order :

Weekly Engineering Update

KeyUses is now a default app, this app will bring about important functionality to ensure your keys have not been reused. We strongly recommend regularly checking this app to ensure your node is secure on that front.

Security got a light reskin, specifically around how KeyUses shows up during a resync. It's clearer and better explained now, so there's less guessing about what's actually happening.

Atelier is live, and with it, NFT Collections are now possible on Minima — something we couldn't do before, make sure you try and break that as much as possible !

Heads up that we've got the dev call coming up next week — more on that soon.

-- Atelier can be found on Eurobuddha's PandaApps APK, please keep in mind apps located on there are still considered experimental and should be treated as such. Meaning play with small amounts, don't put your entire portfolio at risk. --

The team also wrapped up a well cooked public developer call underlining completed successful state-NFT collections on Minima, alongside a full rewrite of Maxima embedded with Minima Core Minima Skills .md
for AI Agents is now also completed and allows any average user with no coding experience to plan and build out expert level apps on Minima

To top it all off, the team is also still looking at ways of solving the manual keyuses tracking, some new leads have come to light this past week that are promising.

Engineering Update

This week saw continued progress across both the Minima protocol and the wider Integritas ecosystem.

A major milestone has been reached with Minima Core, the lightweight version of Minima designed for hardware and embedded deployments. Following completion of the beta phase, Minima Core is now in closed testing.

During this work, the team has also identified an alternative application architecture that extends beyond traditional MiniDapps. Rather than relying solely on browser-based applications, developers can build native applications and services, such as Android APKs or Windows services, that interact with Minima using the operating system's own inter-process communication mechanisms. This opens up new possibilities for deeper integration with devices and operating systems while retaining Minima's decentralised capabilities.

The team has also made progress on one of the ecosystem's longer-standing technical challenges: Key Uses. A potential solution has now been identified and validated at a design level, with implementation work planned as the next step. If successful, this would represent a significant advancement in an area that has historically proven difficult to solve.

In parallel, development is continuing on a platform that will enable Integritas to run locally on low-powered devices, supporting more decentralised AI deployments and reducing reliance on centralised infrastructure.

Taken together, these initiatives continue to advance Minima's long-term vision of enabling secure, decentralised applications and services from cloud environments all the way down to edge devices and embedded hardware.

Maximize Has Reached Its Conclusion

Hi everyone,

Today marks the conclusion of Maximize.

When Maximize was launched, it was designed as a finite rewards programme with a dedicated allocation of $MINIMA. The objective was simple: reward participation, encourage engagement with the ecosystem, and demonstrate the capabilities of Minima's smart contract technology through a simple and accessible MiniDapp experience.

Over the lifetime of the programme, more than 50 million $MINIMA has been distributed to participants across the network.

That is a remarkable achievement.

As planned, the allocated rewards pool has now been exhausted, meaning no new Maximize contracts can be created. Existing contracts will continue to mature and pay out according to their terms, and users with active positions will be able to claim their rewards as normal.

On behalf of the entire Minima team, I would like to thank everyone who participated in Maximize over the years. Whether you joined in the early days or only recently, your support helped make Maximize one of the most popular and successful MiniDapps in the Minima ecosystem.

As we close this chapter, our focus remains firmly on the future: building technology, expanding utility, supporting developers, and growing the ecosystem around truly decentralised infrastructure.

Engineering Update

Over the last period, the team has continued to focus on both infrastructure improvements and laying the foundations for future Integritas deployments.

A significant milestone has been reached with Minima Core, the lightweight version of Minima designed for chip and hardware-oriented environments. The beta phase is now complete, and the software has moved into closed testing. We'll share more detail on Minima Core as testing progresses and the project moves closer to wider visibility.

Across the network infrastructure, work has also been completed on MegaMMR and Explorer optimisations. These improvements are aimed at increasing efficiency, performance, and scalability across key components of the Minima ecosystem.

On the Integritas side, the team has developed an AI Logger in preparation for upcoming European AI regulations due to come into force next year. As AI governance and compliance requirements continue to evolve, this tooling is intended to help provide greater transparency, traceability, and auditability around AI system usage.

In parallel, development is underway on a platform designed to support local Integritas deployments on low-powered devices. This work aligns closely with Minima's broader philosophy of decentralisation and edge computing, helping to reduce reliance on centralised infrastructure while making AI-powered services more accessible across a wider range of hardware environments.

Taken together, these initiatives reflect a continued focus on scalability, compliance readiness, infrastructure efficiency, and enabling more decentralised deployment models.
