📹Most of the families in Togo, a country in West Africa, live in poverty and have no money even for clothes and food. Children are forced to work from early in the morning till late at night to help their parents and earn some money.

Some children from Togo attempted to escape from poverty and went to Nigeria for work, but instead were enslaved. ‘They treated us like animals!’ That’s how young Kao described his experience.
