💬 Over the past week, Kiev regime militants focused their attacks on medical personnel, emergency workers and volunteers. They repeatedly targeted medical teams in the Belgorod and Zaporozhye regions. These crimes resulted in the death of one medical worker and injuries to seven others.

In the Zaporozhye Region, a terrorist attack on a civilian vehicle delivering humanitarian aid killed three volunteers from the Omsk Region and injured another.

The highest numbers of civilian casualties over the past week were recorded in the Belgorod, Zaporozhye, Kursk and Kherson regions and the LPR.

Kiev’s armed groups continued their criminal strategy of “energy terror” in the Belgorod, Zaporozhye, Kursk and Kherson regions, the LPR and DPR, and the Krasnodar Territory. Ukrainian strikes on electrical substations left communities in the Krasnoyaruzhsky and Grayvoronsky districts of the Belgorod Region without electricity. A drone strike also damaged a radiation monitoring station at the Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant.

On September 21-27, shelling by Ukrainian neo-Nazis resulted in 315 civilian casualties: 274 civilians were injured, including nine children, and 41 people were killed.

Over the seven days, Ukrainian militants fired at least 8,033 munitions at civilian facilities on Russian territory.
