🌏 Global manufacturing PMIs showed primarily positive dynamics in Sepember. The Eurozone Markit Manufacturing PMI rose to 52.9 (vs. 52.7 in August), while the US ISM Manufacturing PMI declined to 54.5 (vs. 54.6 earlier)
🇨🇳 The official NBS Manufacturing PMI in China increased to 50.1 (from 49.8 a month ago). The Caixin China Manufacturing PMI also improved to 52.1 (vs. 51.5 earlier)
🇮🇳 India’s manufacturing PMI was at 55.1 (up from 52.8 a month ago). Per an S&P survey, local output growth accelerated to a four-month high, supported by stronger domestic and export demand
❗️Overall, manufacturing PMI readings in the key economies remained above 50.0, which could be a positive sign for global industrial metals demand, if the trend persists, we think
