I am not happy about the reignition of the Ethiopian civil war.

They say the war reignited in three different territories and it is coordinated attacks, airports got seized, local governments got couped, overall. it is going to be a very shitty day.

I, of all people, should be happy. Were it the Federal Government that told Kenyan officials that "Egyptian special forces were on the ground", or those who denigrated us continuously in the media, with some on their TV openly saying they have no issue taking away our water from us?

All nations have some people who have bottomless malice in their hearts, yet they are still people all the same, why should I be happy that another one or two million people are going to die, and twice that number will be orphaned and double that be traumatized for their lives?

I helped Ethiopians find work, I shared bread and salt with some of them, and for a time politics was not part of our world, we became friends and coworkers, afterall, we share a continent and we must learn to live away from the madmen of ethnic supremacists and political fanatics.

Yet, peace is not meant to be, the Feds will be fighting against the rebels and the locals, probably to the bitter end this time, the horror show will go on. At some point war is inevitable, let us hope it will be the final one.

Worth noting. There will be a very large walkout of the majority of the UN reps during Netanyahu’s speech, which will be happening tomorrow (Thursday).

You have to understand that Israelis are actually fond of using minorities as agents-on-the-ground for their espionage operations, especially Druze, Arabs (and Bedouins), alongside even some Armenians, there are soulless people all around.

That case isn't exactly unique, in the last 26 years alone there was this one American Jew who was arrested in Cairo, a seventy year old Bedouin who was detained but let go, and a Druze, all very well known cases and published at their times.

The only thing that is odd about this is that it took six months for it to become public, which to my understanding never happened before.

Elections or something in Israel and they kept up around for a rainy day? Who knows

Egypt: "He has been in a dark cell for half a year. He will never be the same anymore."

The three in question were Israeli Bedouins, they are of the tribes who enlist in the IDF border guard and so on, while returning from Sharm they were stopped and disappeared.

Over half a year, the only information regarding their arrest and disappearance is that the case is not "criminal" and relates to national security.

It is probable that Israeli media leaked the case after half a year because all avenues of discussion were exhausted.

⚡️🇺🇸 The US Department of Energy (DOE) has begun contacting trading firms and refiners to gauge interest in another round of crude loans as part of its 172 Million barrel drawdown from the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR).

Crude from the Bryan Mound and Big Hill SPR facilities could soon be offered for loading in as early as November/December, with earlier loading dates awarded to those making higher bids. It is not clear what the higher bids would entail, and DOE could choose not to make any awards, as much as 30 Million barrels could be offered.

⚡️🇺🇸🇺🇦 The U.S State Dept has approved a purchase from the Republic of Ukraine for ‘Air Defense Upgrade’, ‘Development upgrade’ & ‘Air defense reconditioning’ at the cost of $2.68 Billion (USD), with financing from multiple EU countries footing the bill, along with Foreign Military Support loans from the U.S.

The State Dept confirms that the Foreign Military Financing (or FMF) will be counted as a U.S. capital contribution to the Ukrainian Reconstruction Investment Fund via a “1:1 reimbursement.”

This includes S-300 style ‘clone’ missiles, Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) radars & countermeasures, additional MIM-23 ‘FrankenHAWK’ systems, spare parts, etc.
