⚡️🇸🇦🇾🇪 — Saudi-led Coalition spokesman Maj. Gen. Turki Al-Malki said the Coalition’s Joint Forces Command continues full operational support to Aden forces and the PLC government, with the stated objective of restoring the Yemeni state and institutions and ending the Houthi takeover. He accused Houthi forces of siege, forced displacement, starvation, looting, resource exploitation, intimidation and child recruitment, and cited attacks or attempted attacks involving Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, Najran, Taif and Yanbu, as well as Saudi-linked shipping south of the Red Sea and in the Bab al-Mandab Strait, per an official statement.

➡️ Al-Malki said Riyadh retains the «inherent right to defend its sovereignty and protect its security» and may take operational measures to deter Houthi actions, while affirming continued support for Yemen until the state and its institutions are restored and the threat to navigation in the southern Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab is ended.
