Three ways to hand over a parcel — which to pick

Locker. Cheapest, open 24/7, the code comes to your phone. Works for parcels up to 10 kg.

Branch. Staff handle the paperwork and can pack it for you. Bring ID, mind the opening hours.

Courier. Collects from your door. Costs more, but you don't go anywhere.

The price difference is visible while you're booking, so you can compare and decide.

What you can't send in a parcel

Cash and valuables
Perfume, nail polish, aerosols — alcohol under pressure
Alcohol and tobacco above personal limits
Batteries shipped separately from the device
Perishable food
Prescription medicine

Perfume is the one people ask about most. Technically it's dangerous goods, and half the carriers won't take it at all.

If it's found during screening, the parcel is held and the insurance doesn't apply.

Why a big light box costs more than a small heavy one

Carriers calculate volumetric weight: length × width × height ÷ 5000. You pay for whichever is higher — the actual weight or the volumetric one.

A 60 × 40 × 40 box weighs 6 kg but counts as 19. That's double the price.

What to do: pick a box that fits the item, not "the one you had lying around," and don't pad empty space just to fill it.
