Україна ще з 2009 року продавала свої квоти Японії, тому що ми не мали ТАКУ ВЕЛИКУ кількість парникових газів, але була забов'язана використовувати зароблені грощі на техніку, яка зробить країну 🔠🔠ЗЕЛЕНОЮ🔠
Звичайно, що гроші не пішли в дію повноцінно через корупційні дії та конфлікти у межах країни)
Але після цього інцеденту, Японія забов'язали Україну робити звіт куди ж будуть витрачені ці гроші(якщо не помиляюся, ще в 2016 році)
