8. What is the difference between a good manager and a bad manager?
9. What is the difference between a good place to work and a bad one?
10. What was the last business book you have read and when was it?
11. What will you do in your first months on the job?
12. What would you expect to happen if you underperform?
13. What would the definition of the “world-class employee” mean to you? Would you say you match this definition?
14. How important is status to you?
15. How was your team better because you were a part of it? [totally recommend asking this one]
16. If you could be anything you wanted, what would you be?
17. If you could do anything you wanted, what would you do?
18. If you knew you could not fail, what would you try?
19. How much time do you need to be successful?
20. What would you have lost if you haven’t taken up your previous job?
