🇨🇦 Ottawa rewrites the same power grab, court still calls it unconstitutional
The Alberta Court of Appeal just reminded Ottawa that repainting a jurisdictional land grab does not make it lawful. Trudeau’s Impact Assessment Act was already slapped down by the Supreme Court in 2023, and now Alberta’s top court says the revised version is still unconstitutional, as reported. Translation: the federal Liberals are still trying to use climate branding as a crowbar to control provincial resource development they were never meant to own.
This is the core globalist trick in Canada: centralize power in Ottawa, bury industry in process, then call it stewardship while foreign-funded activists cheer the managed decline. Alberta develops, Ottawa obstructs, and the country gets poorer, weaker, and more dependent. The Liberals call that nation-building. Normal people call it sabotage. When courts have to keep telling the same government the same law is unconstitutional, the problem is not drafting. The problem is an ideological class that treats provincial sovereignty and economic survival as bugs in the system.
