But sure, keep pretending this is just random crime with no policy origin.

This is what post-national Canada looks like in practice: foreign gang brands, cross-country extortion rings, deportation orders that arrive after the damage, and detainees escaping from hospital because contracted guards got played by a withdrawal routine. Trudeau-era border, immigration and enforcement failures did not enrich Canada, they imported conflicts, criminal networks and fear into Canadian streets. The managerial class will call that diversity and ask for more funding. Normal people call it state failure and sovereignty rot.
