When a poll has to reassure people the country is holding together, that is usually your first clue it is not. The reported message is basically trust the vibes while Western taxpayers get looted, Quebec keeps its permanent special status, and federal elites keep centralizing power like bored empire managers.

This is what Trudeau-era nation building looks like: mass immigration without assimilation, energy provinces treated like colonies, DEI sermons instead of shared civic identity, and a ruling class more loyal to globalist prestige than Canadian cohesion. You do not preserve a country by sneering at the people who produce its wealth and remember what it used to be. If Alberta is restless and Quebec is still Quebec, maybe the problem is not provincial ingratitude. Maybe the problem is a post-national federal regime that expects unity after spending a decade dissolving the nation.
