🇨🇦 Canada has time for the UN, not for Canada

Anita Anand is off to deliver Canada’s speech at the UN this afternoon, because apparently the Trudeau machine still thinks lecturing the planet is a substitute for governing the country. That is the whole absurdity in one frame: collapsing affordability, shredded social cohesion, exploding population growth by policy choice, and Ottawa’s priority is another performance for the global applause circuit, as reported.

This is the Liberal formula in its purest form: surrender sovereignty upward, dodge accountability downward. Every UN stage appearance is sold as leadership, but Canadians know the translation by now. More bureaucratic sermons on climate, inclusion, migration, and rules-based platitudes while our own borders, housing market, and national identity are treated like admin details. Anand is not speaking for a confident country asserting its interests. She is fronting for an elite class that is always eager to sound moral abroad and utterly unwilling to defend Canada at home.
