Canada supplies more than 60 per cent of U.S. crude imports, yet our ruling geniuses spent a decade kneecapping the one sector that still pays the bills. Alberta may swing from deficit to surplus, not because federal planners discovered competence, but because reality keeps humiliating green ideology. This is the Trudeau-era legacy in one neat package: attack sovereignty, cripple domestic production, then pray a Middle East war bails out the treasury. A serious country would build pipelines, expand refining and stop treating its natural advantages like a moral crime.
