Yet on the immigration questions, 58 to 66 per cent support reform. Translation: Albertans are not anti-Canada, they are anti-Ottawa dysfunction.

That should terrify every federal bureaucrat, consultant patriot, and media nanny still pretending mass immigration is a settled consensus. It is not. Even voters who stick with Confederation are rejecting the post-national script of open-ended intake, constitutional drift, and permanent Western subordination. Danielle Smith did not invent that anger. Ottawa earned it with equalization games, sovereignty erosion, and decades of treating Alberta like an ATM with a flag. The separatist vote may still be minority territory, but the revolt against globalist managerial Canada is already mainstream.
