That is the whole modern Canadian trick in one sentence: flatten every tradition into interchangeable symbolism, then call it inclusion. The court is supposed to project equal justice under one law, not curate a rotating display of identity politics.

And notice the deeper pattern. We are told institutions must endlessly adapt to group-specific sensitivities, rituals, and optics, but never toward a stronger common civic culture. Under the Trudeau-era consensus, every public body becomes a therapeutic stage for symbolic accommodation while the basics rot. Courts are there to establish facts, test evidence, and uphold order.
