If the oath is universal, the state should stay neutral and stop curating a growing museum of identity-approved symbols.

This is the Trudeau-era disease in miniature: every institution must be remade as a stage for grievance management, symbolism, and elite virtue displays. Courts are supposed to project equal law, not endless ceremonial customization based on ancestry and activist pressure. Canadians do not need a justice system sorted through DEI lenses and spiritual tokenism.
