Today, TON Strategy provided an update on the wind-down of our legacy operations and highlighted our strong preliminary June staking performance.
 
TON Strategy has largely completed the primary operating actions associated with winding down its inherited social commerce and software businesses, a move expected to reduce annual cash operating expenses by ~$4 million while sharpening our focus on both our Gram treasury as well as supporting the TON ecosystem.
 
Additionally, we reported a preliminary annualized gross staking yield of approximately 16% for June, with approximately 230.5 million Gram held as of June 30.
 
As Kevin Wilson, our CEO, explains, “These actions simplify our operations and further sharpen our focus on the long-term opportunity we see in Gram and the TON ecosystem. Our June staking performance also demonstrates the productivity of our treasury and the importance of disciplined execution as we continue to support TON.”

Today, TON Strategy announced we have entered into a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan under our existing $250 million share repurchase authorization.
 
This plan is designed to facilitate share repurchases over a two-month period beginning July 1.

Today, TON Strategy Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Wilson as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 4, 2026.

Wilson is a senior fintech executive and global markets professional with more than two decades of experience across financial markets, institutional trading and digital assets. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Integral Digital at Integral Development Corp., where he led the firm’s cryptocurrency trading and blockchain-based initiatives globally.

His appointment comes as TON Strategy builds on the treasury framework established in August 2025, with Toncoin staking already in place, a treasury generating meaningful staking revenue, and a continued focus on increasing $TON held per share over time.

Having the ability to buyback our own stock - should there ever be a sufficiently attractive discount - is a key tool in our toolbox to deliver on this goal.

To better understand the importance of ‘intelligent capital allocation’ for long-term shareholder returns - I highly recommend reading “The Outsiders” - an excellent book by Will Thorndike. Digital assets just add another dimension to this framework.
