Anamaria Dorgo:

What if I told you that, as an L&D practitioner, you can get support from a certified Coach or a brilliant peer Mentor, for free?

Would you share the news with all your L&D peers? ♻️ 📣
I would.
I am! 😁

Coaching is there to help you get unstuck and hold space for exploration when you are faced with a decision or are sitting with ambiguity.

Mentoring is there when you need actionable advice from a peer who's been there, done that, or when you need to sense-check bits and bobs of your work, strategy, or thinking around a specific project.

Because no L&D should feel alone in the quest to master their craft and become the best version of themselves. 💕

All this is possible, courtesy of the L&D SHAKERS community, and the project teams behind these two wonderful initiatives: Daisy, Brendan, Pauline, Irina, and Samuele, and our fantastic pool of Coaches and Mentors who lead with generosity. 🫶
