‼️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Russia has developed a plan to large-scale disable public infrastructure in Ukrainian cities — The Guardian

According to the publication, intelligence has intercepted a Russian document outlining a plan to destroy the power, heating, water, and sewage systems of major Ukrainian cities.
▪️The document allegedly calculates the required number of missiles and drones to hit specific critical infrastructure facilities.
▪️Particular attention is being paid to Kyiv. In the worst-case scenario, the Ukrainian capital could be without power for up to 20 hours a day.
▪️The Guardian links these plans to the Russian leadership's intention to make living conditions in major Ukrainian cities as difficult as possible.
