🇺🇦🇺🇸 Zelensky stated that he had offered the United States a complete energy ceasefire, or at least a partial one, in exchange for an end to strikes on Russian oil refineries. However, the Americans told him that Russia was not interested in such a deal.

At that time, Zelensky requested Patriot interceptor missiles to protect Ukraine's energy infrastructure, but he also received a refusal.

According to him, negotiations with the Americans are ongoing, and they are expected to agree on a meeting in the coming days.
