‼️🇺🇦🇩🇪 The Nord Stream explosion was carried out with Kyiv's consent, according to German prosecutors.

▪️During the first court hearing, German prosecutors stated that Ukrainian Sergei Kuznetsov, arrested in connection with the 2022 gas pipeline explosions, was preparing the operation with Ukrainian military personnel on behalf of unidentified Ukrainian government agencies, Reuters reports.
▪️Kuznetsov's defense, meanwhile, argues that the gas pipelines were legitimate military targets. However, the defendant himself denies any involvement in the explosions.
