#GCF is an international platform created to discuss the main challenges of today in the field of information and communications technology, including the development of artificial intelligence, digital sovereignty, and the development of the platform economy.

The forum is held with the aim of strengthening and developing international cooperation with global majority countries on various aspects of internet governance and development, and showing Russia's achievements in the field of information and communications technology.

🌐 Representatives from 120 countries will participate in the event, including relevant ministers and their deputies, high-ranking representatives of international organizations, and authoritative experts.

The main plenary session of the Forum will focus on "Digital Sovereignty: From Resource to Export Asset."

The work will be divided into three thematic blocks:
- "People and Technology"
- "Digitalization and Industry,"
- "Media and Creativity."

One of the key events of the Forum will be the "ministerial segment," dedicated to countering digital neocolonialism and protecting digital sovereignty in the face of sanctions and information attacks.

Alimov will participate in the 6th meeting of the #RussiaASEAN Dialogue on Information and Communications Technology Security on October 8, and on October 9, he will discuss issues of pluralism, "cancel culture," and neural network censorship on the internet.
