A cat blew up an apartment in Odintsovo, Moscow Region, while the owners were away.

The explosion occurred in the morning in a high-rise building on Belorusskaya Street. The window on the 19th floor was blown out, the balcony and the partition between the vestibule and the apartment were damaged. There was no open fire when rescuers arrived.

The explosion was caused by the detonation of a camping gas cylinder that someone had placed on the stove and turned on. The only person in the house at the time of the incident was the cat.
