▪️ A MiG-29 fighter jet was shot down in Ukraine, killing Captain Marat Mambetov, a flight commander of the 40th Tactical Aviation Brigade of the "Ghost of Kiev," along with it.

▪️According to the Ukrainian side, the aircraft was hit by a missile while on a combat mission. Mambetov ejected but did not survive.
▪️The pilot was reported conducting combat sorties and striking Russian troop positions on the front.
