What's changed in Russia since the beginning of October:
👁Utility rates will increase by 8-22% depending on the region. In Moscow, by 13%, in St. Petersburg, by 14.6%, and in the Moscow region, by 12.8%.
👁Self-employed individuals will be limited to working with one client through platforms continuously for no more than 60 hours per month.
👁The family mortgage rate will depend on the number of children and the region. A 6% discount will be available with a down payment of 50% or by repaying half the loan in the first year.
👁Cameras will begin automatically checking for valid motor vehicle liability insurance. Drivers without valid insurance will face a fine of 800 rubles.
👁You can top up your account at another bank's ATM using the Faster Payment System (SBP) with a maximum of 25,000 rubles per transaction and up to 200,000 rubles per month.
👁A third microloan with a full interest rate exceeding 200% per annum will not be issued if you already have two outstanding loans.
👁Freight in reserved seats and general carriages, as well as baggage transportation, will increase by 9.2%.
