Europe cannot replace Starlink in the near future, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said, as Ukraine faces disruptions to the satellite network vital for battlefield communications.
The EU is exploring alternatives, but its secure satellite system may not meet Ukraine’s military needs before 2027.
