Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul said German-funded Starlink equipment must work, while acknowledging that Berlin lacked a full picture of what caused the restrictions.

“These restrictions must be lifted,” Wadephul said, arguing that Germany finances some of the Starlink equipment used in Ukraine.
